S30FP Float Model with Pump

This single evaporator is mounted on a custom built frame system which accommodates ez dock floats. Each float unit has a stainless steel handrail system to meet OSHA standards and stabilizer floats to eliminate turtling in strong winds. The Model S30FP will pump aloft 80gpm since it is the same power head as the land model but with a special mounting system for the floats
Float models create challenges that other models do not. If you have freezing in winter, you will need a crane or crane truck to put the float unit in and out of the water in spring and fall. Also you will require a boat for maintenance people to grease the machines once per month. We would recommend using floats only if you have no other choice to enable you to receive permitting. Otherwise, either land or trailer units are much more maintenance friendly.

S30FP2 Dual Pac Floats – 2 Float Models with one Pump

This Dual Pac Float Model will eliminate the same volume as the S30LP2 (which uses a submersible pump) but rather than utilizing both land models with legs, it has both evaporators with an integrated float frame system upon which a Pentair multistage vertical stainless steel pump is mounted (on one which has a self-cleaning system that hangs over the edge of the floats). The float goes up and down with the water level which eliminates priming issues. This is a turnkey solution including all hoses & connections other than the main disconnect and wire to the motors from the disconnect. In the case of the float models you will need to budget generously for MSA waterproof wire, there are 3 runs per dual pac. One to each of two 40 hp motors and the other to the 30 hp pump. This system will pump aloft 160Gpm at 150psi, the same as the land or trailer model dual pacs.

S30TP Trailer Model with Pump

This single unit will pump aloft 80gpm, the same as the S30LP model which uses the submersible Gould pump but does so by using the Pentair trailer mounted pump; the MV16-60 (6 stage) stainless steel vertical pump mounted on one trailer model evaporator with wheels and a primer system and self-cleaning system which either uses 20 feet of SS pipe or 50ft of hose and a pond intake system. This is a turnkey solution including all hoses & connections other than the main disconnect and wire to the motors from that disconnect.
The real difference between the machines is submersible Gould pumps are used on the land models vs trailer mounted Pentair pumps on the trailer pumping unit.

S30TP2 Dual Pac Trailer Model with One Pump

This Dual pac will eliminate the same volume as the S30LP2(which uses a submersible pump) but rather than utilizing both land models with legs, it has one evaporator with integrated trailer upon which a Pentair multistage vertical stainless steel pump is mounted (on one) and one land model evaporator with legs, a primer system and a self-cleaning system which either uses 20 feet of SS pipe or 50ft of hose and a pond intake system. This is a turnkey solution including all hoses & connections other than the main disconnect and wire to the motors from that disconnect.
The real difference between the machines is submersible Gould pumps on the land models vs trailer mounted Pentair pumps on the trailer pumping units.
Either system will pump aloft 160 gpm 24/7/365 of which between 30% and 75% will evaporate depending upon climate.

S30TP3 Tri Pac 3 Trailer model with one Pump

This Tri pac will eliminate the same volume as the S30LP3 but rather than utilizing land models with legs, it has one evaporator with an integrated trailer upon which one 40hp Pentair multistage vertical stainless steel pump is mounted (on one) and a primer system and self-cleaning system that either uses 20 feet of SS pipe or 50ft of hose and a pond intake system. It also has two land model units that are connected by 50 feet of hose on either side of the trailer unit.
The real difference between the machines is submersible pumps on the land models vs trailer mounted pumps on the trailer unit.
Either system will pump aloft 240 gpm 24/7/365 of which between 30% and 75% will evaporate depending upon climate.
